## What NutriShow is

NutriShow OS is a web application for nutrition education, sports nutrition, performance planning and body composition support. It combines calculators, guided programs, food tools, checklists and educational content for users who want to organize nutrition around goals such as football performance, endurance, hypertrophy, flexible dieting, digestive health and cognitive performance.

Authenticated data requires user authorization. Agents must not attempt to access private information, user profiles, payments, clinical data, documents, orders or Supabase tables without proper authentication and permission.

Public API resources are intentionally limited to safe, non-private, informational endpoints.
